1976 Chevrolet El Camino

Image
The 4th generation El Camino was introduced in 1973. This version features rectangular headlights along with the classic El Camino style. This example features all original sheetmetal and flooring throughout. It is a dry climate car finished in two-tone dark blue & light blue metallic. The paint is decent, with a number of flaws on closer inspection. The body itself is exceptional. There are chip touch ups and a paint blister on the hood. Open the door to 1976. The interior features factory blue vinyl bench seating along with the original dash and instrumentation. An aftermarket cassette stereo has been installed as well. The dash is covered in carpet, likely to cover cracks. There are a few notable cracks on the dash visible as well. The upholstery is clean and nice, displaying some color wear primarily on the driver's side. The door panels are original and in good shape as are the door undersides. Underneath this car it is excellent and original. The flooring and frame is a fu

1968 Camaro SS

Image
The 1968 Chevrolet Camaro was unchanged as it entered its second year of production, although a close inspection would reveal the addition of new front and rear side marker lights. Chevrolet boasted that the 1968 Camaro SS was dedicated to the fun crowd. The white paint throughout this car, is highlighted with silver stripes painted on the hood and trunk and clear coated. Front and rear bumpers are like new. You want a car to remember those years you spent growing up admiring muscle cars? And not just a car to sit in your garage collecting dust? Then look no further this car is just perfect for you! What else can you do to a iconic Camaro to catch attention other than to keep it detailed and shiny? Simply just turn it into a road-carving monster. This 1968 Camaro was spared no expense when it came to getting from 0-60 mph faster than most production cars. A new 2" cowl induction hood was added to allow more air to reach the engine. Starting with the engine, the original one was ri

CLASSIC RECREATIONS UNVEIL STUNNING 1967 SHELBY GT500CR

Image
During the 2009 SEMA show, Classic Recreations founder Jason Engel announced plans to work with Shelby American on the first series of officially licensed 1967 Shelby Mustang continuation cars. One year later at SEMA 2010, Engel brought not one but two G.T.500CR customer cars to the show after invitations from Ford Motor Company and Cobra Electronics to display vehicles in the company’s respective booths. The car from the Ford display was also called out as an “Ultimate Street Car” when Optima batteries asked Engel to participate in the annual Optima Ultimate Street Car Invitational (OUSCI) track shootout and television show at Spring Mountain Raceway in Pahrump, Nevada, the Saturday after SEMA.

1973 Ford XB Falcon GT351

Image
The movie Mad Max is why you recognize the Falcon XB, but it's got a reputation as a legendary muscle car apart from the one its earned on the silver screen. The 351 cu. in. V8-powered car also has a pretty stacked racing pedigree in Australia.

1970 Chevy Chevelle HOT LS-6

Image
FINISHED IN TUXEDO BLACK WITH SS "GHOST" STRIPES, THIS '70 CHEVELLE FEATURES THE BEST IN PAINT AND BODY. The features are extensive on this amazing Chevelle. The engine is further highlighted with tall chromed valve covers and a March Serpentine Belt Drive system. A high output mini-starter spins this big block engine with ease. Energy engine mounts have been utilized. The cowl induction system and "flapper" door are fully functional. Exhaust gases are expelled in a hurry through these ceramic coated large diameter headers to a new Stainless Steel Tru-X polished exhaust system. It sounds excellent. A special Turbo 400 transmission has been professionally built to handle the increased power output of this LS-6 spec 454. A Boss Hog Converter with a 2400 stall has been installed along with a shift kit. A B&M flexplate SFI spec and B&M High Capacity Transmission Fluid Pan has been fitted on it. This car shifts excellent. All of this power is transmitted to t

1973 Plymouth 340 Barracuda

Image
Texas Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to present this classic '73 Plymouth Barracuda. Born a high price class, 318-equipped Barracuda, this car now sports a full 'cuda cosmetic package and upgraded 340 cubic inch engine. Our facilities have completed a lot of recent mechanical work including replacing the heater core, air conditioning compressor and components along with a replaced sending unit for the gas tank and various mechanicals. We have approximately $4,000 in receipts to verify this. This work was performed in 2012. Plymouth's own pony car was in its final years in 1973. The Barracuda was produced from 1964 until 1974. This example has been equipped with full Cuda treatment including the High Impact Vitamin C Orange Paint, Billboard Stripes, Spoiler, Badging, and the 340 c.i. 4bbl. powerplant. The exterior displays classic 'cuda styling cues including the sinister blacked-out tail light panel and spoiler. Closer inspection of the finish will confirm an exception

The 1964 Chevy Chevelle

Image
Cars like the SS 454 Chevelle don’t just happen, they’re a product of a long development process. In Chevrolet’s case, this process started with the very first Chevelle back in 1964. When the muscle car wars began, the Super Sport Chevelle, with it’s little 220 horsepower 283 cubic inch small block action wasn’t ready to run with the big boys, but Chevy reacted quickly. One year later, the Chevelle Malibu Super Sport with the 396 engine hit the streets. The first model of what would become one of the most popular, best selling muscle cars of all time. via: http://americanclassicars.com

1973 CHEVY CAMARO F-* REPLICA FROM FAST AND FURIOUS 4 IS FOR SALE – $39,998

Image
The 1973 Camaro F-Bomb replica from the fourth installment in the Fast & Furious movie franchise (or at least one of the cars that was used in the film) is up for grabs. For those with a weak memory, the military green Camaro was driven by Dom -played by Vin Diesel- through the underground tunnels…

1970 Dodge Challenger R/T

Image
The Dodge Challenger is the name of three different generations of automobiles marketed by the Dodge division of Chrysler. The first generation Dodge Challenger was a pony car built from 1970 to 1974, using the Chrysler E platform and sharing major components with the Plymouth Barracuda. The second generation, from 1978 to 1983, was a badge engineered Mitsubishi Galant Lambda. The third, and current generation, was introduced in 2008 as a rival to the evolved fifth generation Ford Mustang and the reintroduced fifth generation Chevrolet Camaro. The R/T (Road/Track) is high performance model of of Dodge Challenger in 1970-1971. It has 440 Magnum rated 375 Hp and 440 Six Pack rated 390 Hp standard engine and optional 426 Hemi rated 425 Hp.

1969 Dodge Super Bee A12 440 Six Pak

Image
Those three little numbers and letters – "A12" – make all the difference when it comes to Super Bees. They denote Dodges equipped with the HEMI-rivaling 440 Six Pack option and lift-off hood. You won't see that code anywhere on the car, but there are plenty of scoops and engine size callouts to let you know you messed with the wrong street racer.

1968 Ford Torino GT

Image
This 1968 Ford Torino GT Fastback was purchased in California by the seller in 2005 with both original black plates intact. At that time the car was mostly stock and tired apart from the color change, and he has done a great job of improving the performance and cosmetics of the car to make it the sharp looking machine shown here. His before and after presentation can be seen in the photo album, and nice upgrades include the 16″ Vintage Wheel Works alloys, a Cobra Jet hood scoop, and an AOD 4-speed automatic. The car is now available in Redmond, Washington for $8800. Via: http://bringatrailer.com

1970 Plymouth GTX

Image
The 1970 GTX received a minor redesign (new grille and rear taillights) but sales still suffered as the car did not look much different from the Road Runner. Stylists made the lines smoother, and a "power bulge" hood was introduced, as well as non-functional rear brake air scoops. The convertible model was dropped in 1970. The Air Grabber hood was brought back, but instead of having two narrow openings running length-wise as in 1969, it had one opening scoop located on the power bulge. The GTX was available with the standard 440 4 barrel, as well as the 440+6 barrel (three two barrel carburetors) and the 426 Hemi. The 440+6 could compete closely with the Hemi, up to highway speeds. In keeping with the GTX marketing strategy, the 1970 model included many standard features. The only other performance luxury model in Plymouth's lineup was the full-size Sport Fury GT, built on the C-Body platform. The GT was added to the lineup in 1970. The GT never received the recognition o

2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray (C7) (GT5)

Image
This is it, a new C7 Corvette. Everyone love it, except only one man… me. For me it’s not a Corvette anymore, it doesn’t look like Corvette. Something missed, something not right here, it’s just a new muscle car from GM. Look at rear end...a Camaro style taillights, look at side windows (worst part) it looks like 4 passenger car, look at front end…what is it, a Ferrari? See what i mean? When you see C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, even if you don’t know nothing about cars, you know the answer…It’s a Corvette. When you see C7… you confused. Something very important missing in C7.

71 Chevrolet Chevelle SS

Image
The 1971 Chevelles got fresh front-end styling that included large Power-Beam single-unit headlights, a reworked grille and bumper, and integral park/signal/marker lights. New dual round taillights were integral with the back bumper. Because SS models suffered heavy insurance surcharges, Chevrolet introduced the “Heavy Chevy” at midyear, which was based on the base Chevelle, and was available with any V8 engine except the 454, which was exclusive to SS models. The Heavy Chevy (RPO YF3) was ONLY available with the base Chevelle sport coupe (13437) and was primarily a dress up option and even it was limited to options available on the standard Chevelle sport coupe; no carpeting, no bucket seats, etc. For 1971, the SS option was reduced to one RPO code, RPO Z15, and was only available for the Chevelle Malibu. This RPO code required any optional engine and transmission available in the Chevelle lineup. Since the 307 V8 was the standard base V8 in 1971, it could not be ordered with the SS
